D/Lite User Guide

Introduction

D/Lite is a browser extension that allows you to open Discord and Telegram chats in compact popup windows. This streamlined experience removes sidebars and unnecessary UI elements, letting you focus on conversations while multitasking.

Installation

1. Install from the Chrome Web Store
2. Click the D/Lite icon in your browser toolbar
3. The D/Lite popup will appear, showing available functions

Basic Usage (Free Version)

Opening a Discord/Telegram Chat

1. Navigate to a Discord or Telegram channel in your browser
2. Click the D/Lite extension icon
3. Press the "Open" button
4. A new popup window with just that chat will appear

Free Version Limitations:

• One popup window at a time
• No bookmarks feature
• No layouts feature

PRO Features

Multiple Popups

With the PRO version, you can open multiple Discord and Telegram chats simultaneously in separate popup windows.

Bookmarks

Save your favorite Discord channels and Telegram chats for quick access.

Layout Management

Save and restore the exact position and size of all your chat windows.

License Management

Activating a License

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. In the LICENSE section, click the activation button
3. Enter your license key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
4. Click "Activate"
5. If successful, your license status will change from FREE to PRO

Checking License Status

• Your current license status appears as a badge (FREE/PRO) in the LICENSE section
• Click the info button to view license details including:
  • License status
  • Activation date
  • License type

Removing a License

1. In the LICENSE section, click the remove license button
2. Confirm you want to remove the license
3. The license will be deactivated on the server and removed from your browser

License Troubleshooting

If you encounter "Activation Limit Reached":

• Try to deactivate the license on your other devices first
• If you can't access the other device, use the "Contact Support" button to request manual deactivation

Layouts

Layouts allow you to save and restore the exact position and size of all your chat windows.

Saving a Layout

1. Arrange your D/Lite popup windows as desired (you need at least 2 windows open)
2. Click the D/Lite extension icon
3. In the Layout section, click the save icon
4. Your current window arrangement is now saved (this replaces any previously saved layout)

Viewing Saved Layout

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. In the Layout section, click the folder icon
3. A dialog shows saved layout with their dimensions

Using Saved Layout

1. Layout is automatically applied when opening bookmarks
2. Click "Open All" in the Bookmarks section to open windows with saved positions
3. Windows will be positioned according to your saved layout

Deleting Layout

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. In the Layout section, click the delete icon
3. Confirm you want to delete all saved layouts

Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow you to save your favorite Discord and Telegram channels for quick access.

Adding a Bookmark

1. Navigate to the Discord/Telegram channel you want to bookmark
2. Click the D/Lite extension icon
3. Click the "Bookmark" button
4. Enter a name for the bookmark
5. Click "Save"

Using Bookmarks

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. Your saved bookmarks appear in the BOOKMARKS section
3. Click the open icon next to a bookmark to open it in a popup window

Opening All Bookmarks

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. Click "Open All" at the bottom of the bookmarks section
3. All your bookmarked channels will open in separate popup windows

Deleting a Bookmark

1. Click the D/Lite extension icon
2. In the BOOKMARKS section, find the bookmark you want to remove
3. Click the delete icon next to it
4. The bookmark will be removed immediately

Troubleshooting

Popup Not Opening

• Ensure you're on a valid Discord or Telegram chat page
• Check if you've reached your popup limit (Free version: 1, PRO version: unlimited)

Layout Not Saving

• Verify you have an active PRO license
• Make sure you have at least one D/Lite popup window open

License Activation Issues

• Ensure you're entering the license key in the correct format (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
• Check your internet connection
• If you see "Activation Limit Reached," follow the steps in the License Troubleshooting section
