Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window for D/Lite PRO purchases. If you're not satisfied with our product, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portion of the subscription period
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, please email us at farmingmelody@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
Refund Process
Once we receive your eligible refund request:
- We will process your refund within 1-3 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Your PRO license will be deactivated upon refund processing
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Evidence of fraud or abuse
- Multiple previous refunds from the same customer
